LeapFrog Community Standards
The LeapFrog Community is governed by the following set of standards that will apply to all community members and their posts. We reserve the right to remove any material that does not (in our judgment) comply with these standards and to revoke posting privileges at our discretion and without warning or explanation. Our decisions are considered final.
- Be respectful and civil to other members, even if you disagree with them.
- Any unacceptable content (posts, member names, or subject lines containing profanity, sexually graphic, or offensive language, gestures, and/or images, etc.) will be deleted.
- We do not allow harassing, threatening, racist, abusive, hateful, violent, or obscene language or behavior.
- Participation in, suggesting, or encouraging any illegal activity is cause for immediate deletion and suspension of posting privileges, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Any articles, news reports, or other copyrighted material included in the posts must be with the permission of the relevant copyright owners.
- Do not flood or spam, or post chain letters, pyramid schemes, junk mail, etc.
- No commercial solicitation or advertising will be allowed.
- This is a public discussion forum. Do not post personal or any other information that you do not want made public.
- Please keep in mind that other members may claim expertise or status (legal, medical, etc.) that they do not, in fact, possess, and use discretion in following their advice.
Terms and Conditions
Content uploaded to the LeapFrog Community may NOT contain:
i. Any copyrighted material not in the public domain or for which Participant has not obtained the rights to use;
ii. Any trademarks of any third-party. Depiction of trademarks owned by LeapFrog is permitted, although absolutely not required.
iii. 3rd party stock photography or artwork for which Participant has not obtained the rights to use; or
iv. Nudity, lewd or vulgar behavior; offensive language and/or gestures.
Uploading a submission to the LeapFrog Community Web Site constitutes a grant to LeapFrog of an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, copy, sublicense, edit, modify, make derivative works, publish, exploit, transmit, distribute, publicly perform, publish, delete or display the content of and elements embodied in the submission and the submission itself, in whole or in part, in perpetuity in any and all media (whether now existing or hereafter devised) without limitation or acknowledgement. Furthermore, by uploading a submission, participant grants to LeapFrog an unconditional right to use the idea and statements about the submission for advertising/publicity purposes without review or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
