I am having this same issue with our "special edition" Clone Wars Didj.  I have linked my child's footrping in the Learning Path.  The Path has a record of my son's play history with Clone Wars but I am unable to do any customization via Connect Softward (e.g. adjust curriculum)  The Clone Wars instructions indicate that I am suppose to be able to do this. 

I have also been unable to save a game in progress so my child has to constantly start at level 1-1 even though he has passed this several times now.  Double on the "Need Help"!!!

Just to let you know.  My son's learning path shows all the games he has played, but still the Leapfrog Connect does not recognize any of those games except Jetpack Heroes.  I have connected a millions times and still the library thumnails are remaining greyed out.  I am getting very frustrated here.  Any suggestions.

I'm having the SAME problem.  The worst thing is, we've been using Sonic and putting my son's spelling lists in for weeks now and then yesterday it all changed and I can't get the computer to realize that Sonic is a game we have and that he's linked to.  Very frustrating.  I hope someone from LF responds soon so that we can fix this.  I have had a lot of problems since updating a few days ago.  I now wish I hadn't updated it because it was working fine.

I had a problem at first too, you must have that specific cartirdge in when you hook up to the computer for it to recognize it. At least that is how I had to do it. Once I did that I was able to customize the spelling list, etc. Hope this helps.

I wonder if anyone can help with this one.  It would be great to get some help on this.

I have three games, Sonic the Hedgehog, Star Wars and Indiana Jones.

I have linked these games to my sons Footprint and in Learning path it states that he has played with Jetpack Heroes and Star Wars.  Despite this only Jetpack Heroes appears in the library.  He has played all the games.  I have had the device off and started it up with the computer.  Still nothing appears in the library but Jetpack Heroes.

I bought these games to access the additional learning available e.g the spelling list etc and it won't recognize the games he has played. Is there a solution.  Please help!
