Re: Leapster 2 or DiDj

Hi, if you are thinking of buying two system for each child one I would buy one Leapster 2 and one Didj. The Leapster library has many games for all subjects from PreK to 4th grade. The Didj games are (at the moment) almost only English and Maths. We have got both systems (regular Leapster and a Didj) and have games like School House Rock (America and Grammar), Maths Miissions, Animal Genius and Mr Pencil for the Leapster and games like Nancy Drew and Sonic for the Didj. I think this is the best way as you then have a lot of games to choose from. blume

Leapster 2 or DiDj

[ Edited ]

Apologize if this is a repost as it seems it could be a popular question but I have a 6 y/o and 4 y/o (son, daughter, respectively.)

Which would you recommend?  It seems the Didj may "grow" with the 6 y/o as it says it's for ages 5-10?  But, I did some skimming and it seems that the Didj has more problems than the L2..or is this not true..

Should I just get the L2 for both..

The Didj does seem to have some pretty "cool" things you can do with it..

The L2 says from 4-8 and Didj from 5-10..what made you purchase one over the other?

Just looking for overall quality and use factor like us all..
