Solution to Learning Path not updating????

So, I saw one post (I'll copy this to that post also) where someone asked which game they were supposed to link.  Evidently, the older original Leapster games are in the same list as the newer Leapster games.  Not realizing both were in the list, I obviously linked the older to the Learning Path and the toy didn't update.  When I scrolled to the bottom of the list of games to link, I found the "New" Leapster2 games.  When the New was linked, the toy updated the Learning Path.  If this is the solution, someone needs to be counseled on user friendliness.

You didn't answer the other part of the question?  Is this a bigger bug?  I'm hitting the same issues and started reading this forum for help and all I see is unsatisfied people being told to call customer support.

Can you help out?  It's been over a week since I 1st submitted this issue with customer support.  The only response that I've received is what game was played?

Also, based on the number of threads regarding this issue, is this a bug?

Double_D,

There are two reasons for this question.  First is that not all Leapster titles are Learning Path enabled, second is so Customer Service can check their database to confirm if they see any logs for those titles.  Please continue working with the Customer Service team on this issue.  Thank you.

Another thread for the Learning Path not updating

I connected both of my daughters Leapster2's over a week ago.  the Learning Path has not updated for either of them.

I submitted a ticket to customer support.  Here is the response that I received:

"May we know the title of the cartridges you are trying to update/download data?".

I don't understand how this makes a difference.  

My 1st question is can someone explain how the title makes a difference?

 Also, based on the number of threads regarding this issue, is there a bigger problem?
