Nic,

 

Sounds like you need to contact Customer Support at 1-800-701-5327. They will be able to look up your Learning Path information in their system. I am not able to access that data. I can tell you that you need to plug your Didj into the computer to update your son's Learning Path. Also, there are a few FAQs on our online Customer Support pages that may have the answers you're looking for. Try this FAQ for the device itself, and this FAQ if it's shutting down while your son is playing the Sonic game.

 

Hope this provides some help until you can get Customer Support on the phone to review your Learning Path.

My son got the didji this weekend and I just hooked up all the games however the learning path does not show that we even connected or that he has even played the games.  How long does it take to show?  Additionally, do I have to save the games somehow or does it just save it... he just shuts it down.?  Finally, the didji sometimes shuts down by itself, what is going on?

 

Alot of questions.... i hope someone can help...

Most games will provide some type of learning path data, although it may be limited.

Not all games will have show play data.  Only games marked "extended play for Leapster 2" on the box will show full play data on the learning path.

I have to say that I am having the same issue.  My daughter has played for at least year on 3 games.  We just connected the device to the computer this week and no play data is getting updated.  She always signs on under her name and the profile is properly linked.

 Any other suggestions or help?

The games you play will be automatically linked to your Learning Path when you connect, as long as:

1. Your child signs in with his name on the handheld

2. The player profile name from his device is linked to his Learning Path footprint. You can check that linking on the Player Profiles page:

Hi! In addition to contacting leapfrog customer service - you may want to assure that all the games on your son's leapster2 are linked as well as each time he plays these games he is signing in as himself on the leapster start-up/sign-in screen.

That doesn't sound right at all. If you email support@leapfrog.com, they'll be able to look into your account and see what's up.

LeapFrog Connect and Learning Path not updating

My son got his leapster2 for Christmas. He is playing about 10 games right now including a few he has borrowed from friends. The only game that is showing up in the learning path is dragon kingdom. Inside of connect I am able to see rewards that have incorrect names on them. Is there a way to force a sync?
