It isn't the mindstation software that is the problem. I have it working but there is no webpage to connect with it to enter any spelling words. Even if you send out a CD to customers it is still useless.

My 10 yo is to old for most LF toys now. What she needs is the total customization that the TT offered. I am very angry that this has been discontinued. There should at least some software that will allow me to enter words. It doens't have to be online. Let it install on my own PC.

If I had more kids that could use TT, I would be enraged. Needless to say my once great view of LF has changed. It seems as nice as it that there are new toys using current technology the decision to no longer support older toys was a bad one. I won't be reccomending or purchasing any more LF products.

We didn't realize the Mindstation software download was not working correctly and will update our FAQs to remove the link. As an alternative, we'd be happy to send you a CD with the Mindstation software (great suggestion Christian6). LeapFrog Customer Service will contact you to follow up on this.

If anyone else needs the Mindstation software on CD, please send an mail to Customer Service and they'll be happy to send you a copy.

Turbo Twist launched 8 years ago and although it was a great product, LeapFrog has not sold it for some time. We offer many other great products that offer customized learning. Check out Leapster2, Didj and Crammer to learn more.

Hi, I am not new to LF products. We have many of their learning toys. I was trying to find out where we can also us Turbo Twist etc to download personalized content for the cartridges and was surprised we could not us Mindstation any more. The link Gillian posted takes you to the upgrade web page - you can download the software - but this will be usless to you because after you run the software and try to launch the program LF doesn't support it anymore. Which means they no longer have a web page you can go to to create spelling lists for Turbo twist and other similar toys. Very dissapointing! We now own a few hundred dollers worth of useless toys. We have 5 kids so we had purchased alot of things for the kids to use for school specifically for the Mindstation feature to be able to personalize spelling lists, math problems, history etc.. specific to what they were working on in school.

Any one else having the same problem? I have complained many times to LF but they just ignore me. Why don't they make the software we all need available as a CD for home use? Then they wouldn't need to keep it online (since they removed it) Yet they still sell these products! Selling something like Mindstations with blank cartridges and telling consumers they can use them to personalize their kids education experiences and then not supporting the toys is fraud.

I could not make this work for me. It appears that Leap Frog no longer supports this product. Does anyone know who supports it now?
